Placing Your Order

At Hoplaong Designs we like to keep things simple so we’ve made placing your order easy. You can either email us at hopalongdesigns@hotmail.co.uk or fill in the order form and email it back to us.  You can purchase our hand crafted cards through the hopalong shop, however if you have a card that you’d like us to create you can also email us.

 Tips for Ordering

To make sure that we have plenty of time to fulfil your order and to avoid disappointment we advise that you book a place in our diary at a cost of £50 (non refundable). This can be done up to one year in advance and gives us time to start gathering the materials together to create your invitations and guarantee that we can work on your order. Although not necessary it’s something that we suggest you consider as we want you to love your invitations as much as we do so we don’t want to rush your order.

We advise that you order a few extra invitations than you initially planned for, especially if your booking in advance as we could be working on another order and it may not be possible for us to get the materials in time for your wedding.

Payment Methods

We accept cheques or PayPal as payment and you can pay in three ways.

-         If there’s a card you like in our store you can check out and pay by PayPal though our shopping facility. This applies to our hand crafted cards in our Hopalong Shop only.

-         For wedding invitations we require a 50% deposit and then the other 50% two weeks before your order is sent out. Please remember we have to buy materials, card etc, hence the deposit.

-         We understand that weddings can be expensive so if your wedding is in six months or later you can set up a payment plan* and pay 30% upfront and the rest over a three month period. You can set this up by emailing us or by filling in the order form.

 

Booking a Place in Our Diary

Reserving a space in our diary is really easy, just email us giving us your wedding date and as much information as possible with regards to style of invite and wedding colours you are considering/have decided upon. This must be confirmed with a deposit of £50 which is non refundable and we will contact you nearer the time to discuss your requirements.

Postage & Packing

All items are posted in sturdy packaging that will protect your stationary. Postage costs are dependant on the size of your order and will be added to your final order.

All Wedding items are sent recorded delivery, so please make sure someone is at home to sign for them. All our hand made cards are sent first class post.

Delivery outside the UK is possible; please contact us for an estimated postage cost.

With regards to copyright permission for hymns, readings and poems you wish to use within your wedding stationery we advise you to speak to your Vicar or registrar before you ask us to include it in your stationery as we cannot be held responsible for any breaches of copyright.

*30% deposit is non refundable and you must sign and complete an order form. This can either be sent to us by post or scanned in and emailed back to us. Our payment plan is suitable for anyone booking weddings between the next 6 months onwards to give us time to get materials etc together.
